MONTHLY WOMEN’S CIRCLE

2nd Tuesday of every month 6:30-8pm @ Lighthouse Yoga

Join us for a transformative and empowering experience at our Monthly Goddess Circle. This sacred gathering is designed for women of all backgrounds to come together, connect, and celebrate the divine feminine within each of us. 

Each month, we explore different themes and practices that honor our feminine energy, including guided meditations, breathwork, intention setting, sharing circles, and creative activities. Whether you're looking to deepen your spiritual practice, find a supportive community, or simply take some time to self-care, our circle offers a safe and nurturing space to do so. 

What to Expect:

  • Guided Meditation: Relax and center yourself with calming meditations that help you connect with your inner goddess. 

  • Intention Setting: Set powerful intentions for the month ahead, supported by the collective energy of the group.

  • Sharing Circle: Share your experiences, insights, and challenges in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. 

  • Creative Activities: Engage in activities like journaling, crafting, or movement to express your creativity and connect with your inner wisdom. 

Special Invitation: We invite you to bring an offering for our altar. This can be anything that holds personal significance to you, such as a flower, crystal, or written intention. These offerings help to create a collective sacred space and deepen our connection to the goddess energy. 

Who Should Attend: This circle is open to all women who feel called to explore their spirituality, connect with like-minded individuals, and embrace their inner goddess. No prior experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to connect.
